Miranda is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian whose research focuses on promoting public health nutrition through transforming places where consumers purchase food.

Miranda leads a program of work within the Centre of Research Excellence in Food Retail Environments for Health (RE-FRESH) on the business outcomes of healthy food retail initiatives.
