This event is chaired by Professor Louise Baur AM, Director of the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence in the Early Prevention of Obesity in Childhood-Translate (EPOCH-Translate CRE). The EPOCH-Translate CRE is a member of the Collaboration for Enhanced Research Impact (CERI) and brings together researchers from across Australia and New Zealand to work on some of the complexities surrounding, and solutions for addressing, overweight and obesity in childhood.
This session features presentations exploring the surprising links between sleep and weight status in young children, and implications of results from health economic modelling of child growth from early life.
