Realising the research potential of NSW Patient Survey data

The presentation will outline the role of the Bureau of Health Information (BHI) in providing the community, healthcare professionals and policy makers with independent information about the performance of the NSW healthcare system, including managing the NSW Patient Survey Program. The program is the longest running, most transparent and comprehensive state-wide patient survey program in Australia. BHI is now making this unique data asset increasingly available on a secure platform for researchers.
