Maternal health pathways
The project team has created a series of best practice models of antenatal care for clinicians called Maternal Health Pathways. These three infographics were created for John Hunter Hospital (NSW) to help address gestational weight gain in pregnancy, alcohol consumption, and smoking cessation. -
