Emerging Leaders Symposium workshop 3: What evidence means in different contexts

‘Evidence’ can be a contested term in different scientific and political contexts. So what counts as evidence and who decides? This workshop described skills to find, evaluate and apply evidence in a practical way, and provided ways to synthesise, assess and use evidence to inform policy and practice.

The Emerging Leaders Symposium held in July 2022 aimed to boost leadership and collaboration among the next generation of prevention leaders. This video is part of a series of four workshops delivered at the symposium on creating systems change with strong relationships and networking. View more below.
