Victoria Hobbs is Coordinator of the Nourish Network, a multi-sector collective working to increase demand, availability and access to healthy, sustainable and affordable retail food. Victoria works within the Global Centre for Preventive Health and Nutrition (GLOBE) in the Institute for Health Transformation at Deakin University. The primary focus of her work is to connect key stakeholders to drive the shift to healthier food retail in Australia.

Prior to commencing her role with Nourish Network, Victoria spent 15 years in various procurement and contract management roles in the resources industry, completing a Master of Business Administration during that time. As part of a mid-life career change, Victoria started studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science at Deakin University. She worked with the Deakin Campus Operations team to continue the implementation of the Deakin Food Charter, which guides a healthy and sustainable food retail offering across the Deakin campuses.
