Heidi Bergmeier is a Research Fellow at the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation (MCHRI), Monash University. Her work focuses on developmental psychology research, specialising in mother-child interactions associated with maternal and childhood obesity, and health in preconception, pregnancy and postpartum.

Heidi is currently working on co-developing the consumer and community involvement framework with women with lived experience of fertility and weight-related health issues for Monash University’s Health in Preconception, Pregnancy and Postpartum (HiPPP) program of research. This work is being informed by international experts from the United Kingdom and Canada.
