Adjunct Professor Andrew Milat is the Director, Evidence and Evaluation, NSW Ministry of Health, Adjunct Professor School of Public Health, University of Sydney and a member of the Prevention Centre’s Leadership Executive. He is a public sector leader with a focus on implementation science, research evaluation and system capability building, and is responsible for connecting researchers, policy makers and clinicians with actionable insights.
With over 20 years experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative health policies and programs at national, state and local levels he has a unique appreciation of the interface between health research, policy and practice.
