Adrian Cameron is a Professor in the Institute for Health Transformation, Faculty of Health at Deakin University’s Melbourne Burwood Campus. He has published widely in areas related to obesity and nutrition, and his current research is focused on policy and retailer-focused research to improve retail food environments.

He is a Section Editor for Current Obesity Reports and the retail module leader for the INFORMAS network whose aim is to develop tools for assessing food environments globally. He is a regular grant reviewer and grant review panel member for the NHMRC and ARC and his work is funded by the Australian National Heart Foundation, NHMRC, ARC and UNICEF.

Adrian is Director of the Centre of Research Excellence RE-FRESH: Next Generation, one of the CREs that contributes to the Collaboration for Enhanced Research Impact.
