This event from the Nourish Network features Associate Professor Joy Parkinson (PhD), Principal Health Scientist with the Australian eHealth Research Centre at CSIRO and an adjunct Associate Professor of Social Marketing at Griffith University.

With a background in social marketing and health behaviour change, Joy is an implementation scientist working to create impact through translating research into evidence-informed practice in health service systems. Health Behaviour change programs she has developed have directly engaged over 200,000 people resulting in improved health behaviours and health quality of life. She has published her work in a range of scholarly journals and is regularly invited to present both nationally and internationally. Joy is the Vice President of Australian Association for Social Marketing (AASM) and the AASM representative on the iSMA board. She is the editor-in-chief of Health Marketing Quarterly.
