Convened by the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA), the Preventive Health Conference is an annual conference aimed at providing a platform to engage, challenge and exchange ideas, where pivotal issues for building prevention in Australia is discussed and where delegates can learn from the experience, opinions and perspectives of sector leaders and their peers.
Held in Brisbane, the theme of the Preventive Health Conference 2022, ‘Accelerating Action’, was designed to inspire. It equipped attendees to make meaningful changes that will lead to action. The presentations provided tangible actions that can be implemented at all levels of the public health workforce – from graduate to politician – that will have an impact on the health of Australians.
