In our first Chronicle for 2024 we launch a new knowledge synthesis from the Prevention Centre and the Collaboration for Enhanced Research Impact (CERI) looking at implementing policies and programs in chronic disease prevention. We provide evidence and tools for policy makers and practitioners to support successful implementation, the best ways of delivery to realise the true potential of policies and programs, and how to sustain interventions long-term. The December Chronicle wraps up an amazing decade of The Australian Prevention Partnership Centre.
